  • BasedonPKTangsopinionthatonlythehigh-pressuretermofJones-Wilkins-Leeequationofstate( JWLEOS)neededtobemodifiedwhenusedforoverdrivendetonation,themodified termoftheinternalenergyisentropiccurvewaspresentedandthemodifiedtermofthepressureisentropiccurvewasobtainedfromthedifferential ormoftheinternalenergyisentropiccurvebyapplying thefirstlawofthermodynamics.AndthreemodifiedJWLequationsofstateforoverdrivendetonation productsofJB-9014explosiveweregainedbyfittingsimultaneouslytheshockHugoniotpressureand soundvelocitydata.Resultsshowthat,themodifiedtermsgainedinthispapercanmodelHugoniot dataforoverdrivendetonationreasonablyaswellasPKTangs,andtheprecisionisalittleworseout oftherangeofexperimentaldata
