Thestress-straincurvesatdifferenttemperatureandthreekindsofimpactvelocitieswereobtained. BasedontheZWTvisco-elasticconstitutivemodelanddamageevolutionofcementmortarfollowing Weibulldistribution,thedamagethermo-viscoelasticconstitutiveequationathighstrainrateswas proposed.Throughthenumericalfitting,theparametersoftheconstitutiveequationwereobtained. Comparisonsshowthatthemodelpredictionsagreewellwiththeexperimentresults.
