Abstract
StaticanddynamicmechanicalpropertiesofAISI304andAISI316Ldissimilarstainlesssteel
laserweldedjointswereexperimentallystudiedbyMTSandanimprovedSHTBdevice.AnewSHTB
clampingmethodfortheweldedstructurewasestablished.Thedynamicstrain-stresscurveswereobtainedatthestrainratearound103s-
1andtemperature25-500 ℃.Resultsshowthatyieldstrength
andtensilestrengthoftheweldedstructureincreasewiththeincreaseofstrainrateanddecreaswith
theincreaseoftemperature.Temperaturehasmoresignificanteffectontheplasticflowstressthan
strainrate.
