Abstract:AninversionswitchforinternalelectronicpressuregaugeswasdesignedbyusingMEMSaccelerometerMMA8453QandMSP430
MCU.Thereby,usingthedirectiondetectionfunctionofthe
accelerometer,MCUreadsitsaccelerationthroughtheI2Cinterfaceandjudgeswhetherthetesteddeviceisinversed.
Forthedesignedinversionswitch,manyinversetestswerecarriedoutbythesteppingmotorandthesuccessprobabilitywas100%,
andtheimpactresistancewastestedbyadoptinga
Hopkinsonbarsystem.Theresultsshowthattheinversionswitchcanstillworkaftertheimpactof
45000g.Sothedesignedinversionswitchcanbeappliedonhigh-gimpactoccasions.
