摘要: 利用高能球磨制取W-Cu合金化粉末,采用爆炸烧结的方法制取W-Cu合金药型罩材料。爆炸烧 结样品相对致密度达到99.6%,EPMA分析表明样品内各成分及元素分布均匀。对烧结样品作XRD分析, 计算其晶粒尺寸为26nm。使用固结样品加工成W-Cu合金药型罩,显示了良好的成形性。进行无隔板的静 破甲实验,并与相同工艺条件下制取的纯Cu药型罩相比,其静破甲深度提高了31.8%。

Abstract: TheW-Cualloypowderswerepreparedbyhigh-energyball-milling.TheW-Cualloyaslinermaterialswasfabricatedbyexplosiveconsolidation. Theconsolidatedsamplehadatheoreticaldensityof99.6%.
